We offer a comprehensive initial consultation where we will tell you in “Plain English” what is wrong & what treatment (if any) you require.

Normally you will receive your first treatment on this visit, unless you need further investigations such as x-rays or blood tests .

On your second visit your chiropractor will discuss your treatment plan in detail with you and give advice on posture and exercise where appropriate and a series of treatments may be recommended to help you to become pain free.

The number of treatments required varies for each individual patient. In general, a problem that has been there for months or years will take longer to treat than a single isolated episode of pain.

Each treatment plan is specific to that individual and will vary from person to person.

Treatment visits are normally about 20 – 30 minutes duration: however some patients may require longer treatments at the beginning of their care, especially if the problem is chronic or complex. As you begin to feel better, treatments times will shorten accordingly as you require less treatment.

Chiropractic can also help with some of the more uncomfortable affects of pregnancy & can help you & your baby recover from any birth trauma.
